2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, website form, or email.

  • Once a service request is registered, a Complaint / Service ID will be shared.

  • Customers must verify the technician’s identity and Complaint ID before allowing entry into the premises.


3. Service Charges & Payments

  • Inspection or visiting charges may apply, even if no repair work is undertaken.

  • Charges for repair, spare parts, and service depend on appliance condition, brand, and required work.

  • All payments must be made after service completion unless agreed otherwise.

  • We do not provide refunds for services already performed.


4. Warranty on Services & Spare Parts

  • Warranty is provided only on repair work and specific parts as mentioned on the invoice.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, electrical fluctuations, water damage, or future unrelated issues.

  • In case of warranty claims, technicians will inspect and decide whether repair or replacement is required.

  • Warranty is void if the appliance is repaired by a third party after our service.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate appliance details, location, and contact information.

  • Ensure safe access for technicians at the time of visit.

  • Check and confirm the service performed before making payment.

  • Keep the invoice/receipt for warranty claims.


6. Genuine Spare Parts

We aim to use genuine or high-quality spare parts. However, availability depends on brand and stock. Cost of parts varies by model and market pricing.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, internal component failure, power issues, or appliance age-related problems after service.

  • We are not liable for any loss of data, food spoilage, or commercial loss caused by appliance breakdown.

  • Services are provided on a best-effort basis; results may vary depending on appliance condition.


8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers must inform at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Technician visit charges may apply if cancellation is done after the technician arrives.

10. Intellectual Property
